Can't create Privileged container with Ubuntu 24.04

I'm trying to create a privileged container

Using the Ubuntu-24.04-standard_24.04-2_amd64tar,zst template, when I get the image created, I cannot log in to the console or ping.

If I switch the console mode to shell and reboot, I get a root shell; but the network interface is down.

Using the ubuntu-22.04 template, all works fine,

Help?

Among other things, I'm now a bit leery of updating a bunch of existing CTs I have,
