I have the following hardware on which I cannot get the installation of Proxmox-Ve 8.3-1 to run past a message saying waiting for /dev to be populated.
1. Dell Optiplex 3080
2. 16 GB Ram
3. 1 X M.2 NVME 1 TB SSD
The Promox server says that i should use https://192.168.100.2:8006/ to connect but it times out when I try and access it from my Windows 11 Pro PC.

When I log into my VODAFONE hub it does not show me the promox server at all.
I cant ping from the proxmox my gateway which is 192.168.1.1 either.
I cant do an arp -a as net-tools is not installed and if I try and do an apt update it says that it cant reach any of the external ftp servers at all.
