Can't connect to Proxmox with a local IP address

Hi, something strange. I can't connect to Proxmox with a local IP address but can do it with an external domain (through Cloudflare tunnel).
This happened today (or in the last few days) after several months when everything was working properly.
What may cause the problem?

Same issue! It occurred after I switched router which also changed the IP address. Which is no long accessible on port 8096 in the new IP, but putting the new IP into Cloudflare tunnels allows me to access the UI off of my domain.
