Can't connect to Proxmox web GUI

I know this is a common question, but I've looked through what feels like every post on here and the r/Proxmox subreddit and still haven't been able to resolve the issue. This is my second Proxmox host, and I didn't have near this many problems the first go around.

Here is my screen after a fresh Proxmox install: https://imgur.com/J40R9AL

I receive an error when I try navigating to https://192.168.1.86:8006/ though: https://imgur.com/ddNC2b7

Here's what my interfaces file looks like: https://imgur.com/uEkCHlH

And here's my hosts file: https://imgur.com/WqQk6Ag

Here is the output from ip a: https://imgur.com/8u8UHD3

And here is the output from ip r: https://imgur.com/Uo7Kh3H

Here's an image from pfSense showing that 192.168.1.86 is outside the range reserved for DHCP: https://imgur.com/ru8Xjho

And here's an image showing the network configuration from within the iDRAC (where I'm able to connect to the internet and download firmware updates): https://imgur.com/cLjKLjJ

Although I can connect from within the iDRAC, I cannot ping from the Proxmox terminal: https://imgur.com/OVgcgJs

From pfSense, I'm thinking the machine actually appears to have been assigned the 192.168.1.101 IP address from the DHCP: https://imgur.com/wDGbCWP

Clearly something, somewhere is borked, but I've exhausted my (very limited) expertise troubleshooting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

My suspicion would be, it is because you are giving the iDRAC and the PVE the same IP.
Maybe even do not use the iDRAC port for PVE altogether.
I have no experience with iDRAC, but at least this would be the things I would change...

Thank you. I changed iDRAC to use DHCP, and it was successfully assigned an IP from the pool: https://imgur.com/02CDPdh

I don't currently have anything plugged into the iDRAC ethernet port. Could this possibly be the problem? Is iDRAC "hijacking" one of the other ethernet ports and making it unavailable for PVE? You just gave me an idea of something else to try. Appreciate your response.

Not entirely sure what the root cause was, but I think it was something janky with the NICs and how they were configured during setup. I ended up doing a fresh install with ethernet cables plugged into ports 1 and 4, and when it asked me to configure the networking I selected "eno4" as the Management Interface rather than the default selection (which I think was the iDRAC port): https://imgur.com/5jNMdvg. All seems to be working now. I can ping from the Proxmox console and connect to the web GUI from my browser on another machine!
