Can't connect to proxmox after changing machine

So, i have put my hdd and ssd with proxmox instalation in my new computer, everything boots up fine but when i try to connect to proxmox from my other pc browser it doesn't work even tho it worked before i put disks in new machine

What is the output of ip a (on the Proxmox host console)? Adjust /etc/network/interfaces accordingly because the network device name probably changed (because it depends on the PCI ID). Lots of threads about this but hard to find if you don't know the cause.

Did you user https://<your-ip>:8006/ to connect?

And on your output from the boot-process you can see the access IP also.
