Cant access with mobile phone

When I try to Connect et mobile ihm i’ve got this error
I have deleted by error /etc/hosts but recreated this with 127.0.1.1 pve.
Its work fine with desktop Firefox
How can I solve it please ?

That is probably not correct. What is the IP (and your chosen domain) of your Proxmox host? /etc/hosts should look something like this:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
IP_OF_YOUR_PROXMOX_HOST pve.DOMAIN_OF_YOUR_PROXMOX_HOST pve

# The following lines are desirable for IPv6 capable hosts

::1     ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
fe00::0 ip6-localnet
ff00::0 ip6-mcastprefix
ff02::1 ip6-allnodes
ff02::2 ip6-allrouters
