Can't access my VM's web services from other LAN devices

I'm just setting up a new Proxmox VE Server, I had one running previously on different machine with same/similar config working fine. I have 4 VM's running on it. FreePBX, Red Hat Enterprise 9 (Plex Server), Windows 11, and Cent OS (Mail Server). My FreePBX server and mail server I can access their web services and connect to them just fine by their LAN IP from other computers on the LAN. However, my Windows 11 VM running a web server for the TrippLite UPS PowerAlert service I cannot access on other PC's on the LAN, only on the VM itself using http://localhost/. I can ping the VM however and it can ping other PC's. Same thing with my Plex server on Red Hat, I cannot access plex on port 32400 from other devices but using https://localhost:32400 on the VM itself loads just fine. Again, I can ping the machine from others and it can ping out. Being this is happening on two different VM's it leads me to believe it's a Proxmox configuration issue, is there something I am missing? The setting are all identical between the other two VM's that are working. Pretty much every is default, adapters, and vmbr0 bridge. Thanks in advance!

Did you make sure to allow the desired ports in the Windows/Red Hat firewalls?
If yes, check the firewall configuration of the VM on the Proxmox VE node.
