Cannot select any namespaces under a datastore when assigning a user permissions? Is this normal?

Hello,

I've created a datastore with 3 namespaces--one for each node in my cluster. (I realize this is probably unnecessary overkill, but I do have VMs and CTs that are not migratable across clusters, so I figured this was a good way to learn how to use the namespace feature.)

When I try to Add a User Permission within the GUI, I don't see any namespaces in the Path selector.
It shows me the path to the datastore itself, but nothing deeper than that.

Am I doing something wrong? The manual clearly indicates I should be able to restrict permissions based on namespaces.

while the ui does not prefill the dropdown with any namespace info (it's probably not hard, but obviously nobody did yet)
the path is actually a freeform textfield too and you can enter any namespace you want e.g.

e.g. i have something like this here as path for some tokens:

'/datastore/main/my-namespace'
