Cannot create lvthin volume, threshold reached, with more than a tb of free storage

Hello all,

I'm running into a problem on my server when trying to create or clone VMs, specifically this error

WARNING: Thin pool pve/data needs check has read-only metadata.
TASK ERROR: clone failed: lvcreate 'pve/vm-100-disk-0' error:   Cannot create new thin volume, free space in thin pool pve/data reached threshold.

The thing is that there is more than enough storage available as far as I can see, and the metadata is only at 4%. I have in two ssd's (1tb & 2tb)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
