Cannot create any new VM

I can't create any new vm after I deleted a vm using the correct detach hdd and remove vm, I keep getting an error on dos signatures, I believe this was supposed to be fixed on latest libpve7. 0.7 but I'm all upto date with latest updates and still receive the error, I do not want to wipe the disk where the vms are stored as other existing vms are working.
