Cannot Create a new disk to a VM

I've found that I cannot create a new hard disk a to VM

Here is what it says

Error: unable to apply VM settings, command failed: /usr/sbin/qm set 107 --virtio1 data:80,format=raw

In the logs says exactly the same...

But in the other vm i can create new Hard Disk with zero problems

Any ideas on where can I do to start looking for this problem?

I don't know why the VM was locked

I ran #qm unlock 107

And then I could add new Hard Disk... really strange, don't know why I got locked :S
