[Resolved]: The solution was to reboot my UDM-Pro gateway.
I noticed that APT fails to contact download.proxmox.com.
I am using PiHole, so I switched my resolved towards 1.1.1.1 but that does not resolve the problem.
I cannot contact any proxmox.com sites. Traceroute shows me that my requests stop in Germany.
Can it be my *.proxmox.com has my public IP blocked?
