Hi,

I have following system configuration:
1 SATA SSD
1 NVME SSD
2 x 8TB WD RED as ZFS-Raid-1 (migrated from Freenas)
32 GB RAM
Mainboard Fujitsu D3644-B
Intel Core I3-8100

I Installed proxmox some months ago with following steps:

Installation on SATA SSD
Migrated ZFS Pool (2xWD8 RED Raid-1) from Freenas named /Storage
Created a DEBIAN 10 CT
passed Storage into Container
installed SAMBA4 in CT and configured some shares
modified lvm.conf and excluded the two WD RED (as far as I remember I configured them in global filter) so I could spin them down with hdparm
Installed Windows 10 virtual maschine on NVME SSD

So that was all I did up to now.
I tried to update proxmox with pveupdate / pveupgrade but after the upgrade I cannot boot.
I always get the message:

Volume group "pve" not found
Cannot process volume group pve.

This message repeats some times and then I am at initramfs.

I still can boot to 5.3.18-1. Here everything still works fine.
I had the same problem with 5.3.18-2 but had no time to go deeper into the problem.

I already tried:
lvm
vgscan

But it seams there are no devices found? Output looks like:

lvm> vgscan
Reading all physical volumes. This may take a wihle...
lvm>

Can anybody help?

Thank you
