Im new to proxmox and i had many problems with it and now im trying to find a solution for problem with web gui. I've deleted disk from proxmox to re-add it because i had problem with it and now after i rebooted proxmox i cannot access web gui (there was nothing on the disk, it was empty). I've been searching for solution for problem but nothing really helped me at all, what i know now is that port 8006 is closed and i don't know how to open it, and 'system ctl status pveproxy.service' gives this output:

pveproxt.service - PVE API Proxy Server
Loaded loaded (/lib/systemd/system/pveproxy.service: enabled: vendor preset: enabled)
Active: inavtive (dead)

Also i don't really like pasting commands without knowing what they really do, but i don't know if asking for explanation isn't too much to ask for.

And it looks like there's no information or i just cant find how to do it, probably because its too easy... could you give me a helping hand with this?

systemctl status pveproxy.service should give you the few most recent log lines.
For a more complete view try journalctl -b -u pveproxy.service .
