Can not start VM

I am getting this error when trying to start a VM. I am on newest release of proxmox.

kvm: -drive file=/dev/disk/by-id/scsi-36001405032896e1d65cfd416ed94d8d8,if=none,id=drive-ide0,aio=native,cache=none: could not open disk image /dev/disk/by-id/scsi-36001405032896e1d65cfd416ed94d8d8: No such device or address

What is even more odd is that I can browse that storage device from proxmox, and I can see the ISCSI device. Just can't start it.

Ideas?
