can not start Ubuntu18.4.3 on Proxmox6.1.2

last time, there was no any issue to use Ubuntu18.4.3 desktop on Proxmox6.1.1
but
on Proxmox6.1.2 after created a VM of Ubuntu18.4.3 desktop, it can not be started well as stopped with the message of "Stopping User Manager for UID 121 ,,,,,"

Which now, you cannot start or stop it? As the message "Stopping User Manager for UID 121 ,,,,," sounds like it is running but needs a long time to stop.. Which storage do you use, is it slow?

referring the attached picture, you can see that I can not start it
by the way, there are enough resources on my machine, so there is no any responding issue at all

I just see that the VM is already running... But it's operating system fails to boot, that issues seems to not be connected to Proxmox VE directly but rather a issue with Ubuntu or the HW settings you gave it.

What's the config of that VM? qm config 301
