[SOLVED] Can not see older backups any more

my Backup jobs are configured "retain last 3"
as I remember, when I would restore a backup I had listed the last 3 to select from
now I wold restore a vm but did not see any, I had a look on the PBS and the I found the backup from this morning a 3:00
I do a daily backup for some VMs at 1:00 to a backup store, at 2:00 for other VMs to another backup store and at 3:00 on VM to a 3rd store. I get an email for each backup telling me everything OK. But I cant not see older backups for the other VMs too

Whats wrong

runing PVE 8.2.7 and PBS 3.2-7
 
have to correct, I can see the last three backup from the VM under backup for the backups at 1:00 and 2:00, but none for 3:00
and I can not see the older backups at the PBS itself, what I think I did in the past
