This is the situation:
PVE cluster, 3 nodes, on site A.
I'm using storage replication for important VM-s, between node1 and node2. This is in order to have a quick and easy migration from node1 to node2.
I want to have VM-s replicated to another PVE host, on site B. Node in site B is not part of cluster, as it's remote.
This if for quick failover to DR in case site A becomes unavailable.
I discovered pve-zsync and was thinking of using that to replicate VM-s from site A to site B.
Question: can I do both PVE storage replication and PVE-zsync, with source VM-s always from nodes in site A ?
I am asking because both use ZFS snapshots and I am not sure if they will collide with each other. I found no information about this.
In essence I want to have fast failover to DR site. I do have PBS on both sites and that is fine, but restores take time - replication would be better. I am only not sure if it's safe to use pve-zsync to send VM-s offsite, when I'm already using storage replication for those same VM-s locally.
