Can I use ip of a VPS as a bridge to my proxmox server?

Hello, my provider do not offer any additional ip, so can I buy a ddos protected ip from some other provider and from the vps I can configure something and add it to my proxmox? is it possible

this is the only way I can get ip for my Proxmox server
