I'd like to take a snapshot of a virtual machine....
1. I have a test virtual machine where I test out new software... I'd like to be able to roll back to a known stable point by taking a snapshot (ie creating a copy of the image file) at a given point
2. I'd like to do something similar to the above to create my own templates (create a copy of the image file at a stable defined point)... when I wish to make a new instance of the Virtual Machine I'd expect to create new network cards (ie different MAC address) and change the machine's name.
I can't see any easy way to do the above using the web interface (would be nice to have)... can someone please point me in the direction of where I need to head / any possible risks.
