Can I setup ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer on proxmox vm

I try to install ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer on proxmox vm, but alway get problem.

At the frst step to install it i get this notice :

InstallShield WizardInitializing InstallShield Wizard…Searching for Java(tm) Virtual Machine…
.
Preparing Java(tm) Virtual Machine…

so its vitual on virtual, can we install ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer on proxmox vm ?
