[SOLVED] Can I exclude files from a KVM backup?

Hey,
I have a KVM VM that needs a lot of storage for some temporary large-size files that are created/deleted a few times a day. Is there any way to exclude these files/directories from the KVM backup?

add second disk and store those files there and exclude this disk from backup

No, the VM is backuped-up as it is ... blockstorage 1:1. The only was is what @zima described.
