Building A Virtual Computer Lab ??

I am very new to Linux and networking so a lot of things in the wiki have gone over my head. A majority of tutorials & videos are VirtualBox or VMWare based that sit on top of Windows.

I want to build a virtual computer lab that looks like this inside of proxmox:

pfSense w/ 2 network cards (WAN 192.168.1.100 / LAN 192.168.20.1)
linux LAN 192.168.20.2
linux LAN 192.168.20.3
window LAN 192.168.20.4
etc.

What would the settings in the Network tab when in the Create: Virtual Machine pop-up?
