Bridge mode on Proxmox can't connect ?

[help]
i'm install proxmox on virtual box (latest)
ip proxmox
eth0 : -
vmbr0 : 192.168.10.11/24 gateway: 192.168.10.1

KVM/Container
vmbr0 : 192.168.10.12/24 gateway: 192.168.10.1

Problems:
1. KVM/Container can't ping to proxmox and vice versa.
2. KVM/Container can't ping to gateway.

help me to fix this problem...
