Bridge creation question

Hi,
I wonder - is there any particular reason I'm not able to create bridge with my own name via GUI? If I create such bridge via shell - GUI displays bridge type as unknown.

As far as I know PVE needs to somehow parse that /etc/network/interfaces file and wants the bridges to be named "vmbrN" in order parse them.
