Boot drive failing

Hello everyone,
I was just notified my boot drive to be failing/has failed. Everything is still online and I want to replace it as fast as possible.

What’s the best way of doing this? Can I copy over the entire boot ssd onto a new one? How will it work with VMs? Is it best to do this whilst the server is still running?

I currently have a single boot ssd.

Yo can try to use a tool like Clonezilla or Linux dd, if the disk has errors you can use ddrescue
