Hi
I am planning a new Proxmox VE setup with a pair of DELL R410 servers and an MD3200i.
The servers each have 4 NICs and I plan to use two for network access and two for the storage SAN.
I have an existing 3Com Baseline 2816-SFP Plus switch which doesn't appear to support LACP but does support static trunks.
If I create a bond for the two internet Nics in each server, do I need to create trunks on the switch to allow loadbalancing and fault tolerance?
Is the Round Robin mode the best one to use in this scenario?
Thanks for any suggestions
Gordon
