BNX2 Error Randomly at Console

I get the below error randomly at times at console, the LAN connection to the Proxmox box works perfectly fine.

bnx2 en01 Copper Link is down

Check connections, they are solid
Tried different cat 5 cable as well.

Any ideas?

* hmm - check the other side (switch) logs for any link-activity
* else make sure you have installed all updates for BIOS/UEFI/Firmware for the Node (and the NIC if there are firmware updates for it)
