Hi to all
I must change same infrastructures.
Now I have a 4 server cluster connected to the storage, an MSA, in sas.
I want to try keep the storage system without add the overhead of CEPH.
Read online a find Blockbridge and I understand that work in this scenario.
Someones use it and can tell me if my idea is wronge?
thank to all

Hi @petruzzo,

Yes, you can front-end existing SSD SAN storage with Blockbridge. However, depending on the investment in your MSA, it might not make sense from an ROI perspective. If you are budget-constrained, have low capacity requirements, or are using HDDs, the most cost-effective solution for MSA is to use it directly with Proxmox.

Blockbridge : Ultra low latency all-NVME shared storage for Proxmox - https://www.blockbridge.com/proxmox

I have a full SSD MSA in the actual deploy.
I need a performance effective solution with the features that I have with other shared storage.
CEPH or ZFS over iSCSI are less performances of direct SAS disk.
