Block email to a user

Is there a way to block email to an address using the PMG gui?

I have been adding "local@domain reject" to /etc/postfix/recipient_access, I would like to do this using gui

For Administrators - i would suggest creating a Rule in the 'Mail Filter' with a To object containing that e-mail and an action of BLOCK
