BigBlueButton ( Open Source Web Conferencing ) would be good.

Good post. Bigbluebutton is a quality web conferencing product. Additionally, one may even use on premise RHUB web conferencing appliances for conducting webinars, web conferences, online meetings, online presentations etc.
