Best way to test memory within Proxmox?

I tried testing the memory on Windows 11 and blue screened @ 75%. I selected Memtest86 at boot but it seems to hang (k/b) with black screen whoever I am able to boot into Promox. Should I run Memtest86 at the CLI?
 
Best would be to boot into a memtest86+ USB stick. You can't really test your RAM from inside another OS like Windows because that OS then is using that RAM too so a RAM test tool couldn't access that part of RAM.
