Best Practice Proxmox 3.4 adding a UPS to the server.

I have a Intel server, Dual Xeon, 32 GB Ram, 5 X 4TB Hard drives.
Running Proxmox 3.4 with latest updates.
Windows Server 2012R2.
We have the following UPS
EATON 9130 1500VA / 1350W On Line Tower UPS
PW9130G1500T-XLAU
EATON 9130 Tower Extended Battery Module / 1500VA
PW9130N1500T-EBM
What is the best way to connect and have running efficiently and shutting the server down correctly.
