Bandwidth rate

I have been playing around with the bandwidth rate. Seems that outbound doesn't get limited. Also if i put in 1mb/s download gets limited to about 8/mbs. If i put 0.1/mbs then i get around 1/mbs download. Upload seems to be unaffected by the changes though.

Tyler,

I think you are confusing bits with bytes. There are 8 bits in a byte, so if you set the limit to 1 Megabyte you will see 8 Megabit of data moving.

I know the difference between bits/bytes i was referring to upload speed not being affected.
