Bad speed network

Hello

I have Win 10 as VM and almost everything works as it should, except network. Has 10 Gbit. I get very bad results when I copy files from my PC to Win10 VM.
Tested with different ISCI controls but the same results.


Do you have any tips on how to improve speed?
