backups ending with errors can not find a reason

My PBS runs fine for quite a year now, then it starts with errors, ,fist after 3 good jobs all the following with errrors about aweek ago.
After 3 days alljobs failed.

Today I removed all disks,only left a 256 GB ssd and installed the new Version from scratcht set ext4 for the 356 Disk.

Then I added 3 1TB ssd Disks, one internal and two external ssd usb3. made a zfs raid witch gabe me about 1,9 TB of space.
added these to storage and made a storage in my PVE.
Then I started some backups, the first 3 went fine all the following fails

How to detect the reason.

what ever that means and why

@muekno, I recommend you may need simplify the complexity, could you consider to unplug 2 external USB SSDs and only keep one internal disk in the machine, make it as filesystem then try to do the backup jobs again and see how it going.
