Same issue with a qnap nas when using the webinterface mounting option. When i mount it manually with smb vers=1 it works.

It would be good if you could choose the version in the gui? @fabian

I resolved just with your tip.
I monted in the /etc/fstab proxmox my shared directory qnap, and after i monted by the gui the storage option "Directory".
My Directory in the /etc/fstab goin monted with vers=1.0

i taked the test and worked! Test too.
