I have to check it again tomorrow, but on a test server, i had today this message on a log :

"Deleted old backup name_of_older_backup"

(Tomorrow i will paste, if necessary, the exact message)

Does it mean that a rotate sheduling feature exist ??

Can we change rotate settings ?

Thanks,

Yes, you can specify the number of backup files you want to keep.

Can we change rotate settings ?

see 'man vzdump' - option 'maxfiles'

Most likely you want to set that in /etc/vzdump.conf

Don't really understand your question. But vzdump can make snapshots, yes.
