Backup over view for operator

We start using PBS and it works fine.

I try to configure a backup opertor to give access to support team but I'm not able / doesn't work.

I give access to bakup on PVE but it don't see backup item o tree list.

How can give an overview about backup expected per date/time and backup taken?
