Backup fehlgeschlagen - BTRFS defekt

Hallo, beim Proxmox-System eines Freundes schlägt das Backup immer fehl. Blöderweise ist nach dem missglückten Backup auch das BTRFS-Filesystem beschädigt und Proxmox muss neu installiert werden. Habe solch ein Fehlerbild tatsächlich noch nie gesehen. Anbei das backup log. Weiß jemand wo hier der Hase im Pfeffer liegt?

Über Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Sind die Rechte richtig vergeben? Hatte auch mal Probleme und irgentwie gings dann mit 777 Rechten.

Wohin wird das Backup genau gemacht? Auf einen lokalen Storage auf der gleichen Disk? Input/Output error weißt normalerweise auf ein Problem mit dem Filesystem bzw. der darunterliegenden Hardware hin.

smartctl oder ähnliche Diagnosetools auf der entsprechenden Platte sollten hier weitere Informationen liefern können. Ansonsten wäre ein MemTest eventuell noch aufschlussreich.
