Backup fails again, leaving this behind:

I can not remove the snapshots with lvremove nor remove dm-17/dm-22 with dmsetup remove.
How to solve it?

IO-Error.
No such device.
At last I could remove them, but at night the whole system crashed during backup.
I will switch to stop- mode for backup instead of snapshot
and reinstall the machine as soon as possible.
I don't know what wrong with it.
