Backing up the storage of PVE

Hi all.
I have a one node PVE with local storage.
On that machine besides the PVE main disks I have a RAID1 shared as ZFS between all containers.
PVE doesn't backup that share since it's not considered a volume

INFO: excluding bind mount point mp0 ('/mnt/GERAL') from backup (not a volume)

On PBS GUI I can only see the ability to backup CTs, hosts or CTs.
Is there a way to backup that PVE storage ZFS pool or dataset?
Otherwise I'll end up with backups of the machines but not of the main storage where the real data is.

Thank you.

you'd have to manually execute 'proxmox-backup-client' or create a cronjob/systemd-timer to run it automatically
