I use PMG and an Exchange Server 2021 behind it.
I currently use two domains, but domain A is to be abolished.
I would therefore like to send an automatic email as soon as an email arrives at domain A.
I would like to process the automatic reply directly on the PMG.
After some research, I have already configured something via a rule that basically works.
However, I have two problems that I cannot solve.
I have created a notification object in the action objects, but I cannot customise the look of my desired e-mail. I would like to visually insert images etc.
Is there any way to do this?
In addition, the e-mail is sent from a standard e-mail address. Postmaster@xxxx.xx
How can I change this e-mail address? A correct address is already configured under Configuration/Options/Administrator Email, but this is ignored.
Am I basically on the right track? Do you have a solution or perhaps other approaches?
