Auto Setup KVM Debian 10,11,12

Hello is there anyone can help me to setup my Proxmox Auto Install KVM Debian 10
when I use the CT Templates there is many need to setup. not like the LXC Container it was Auto Setup using the CT Templates Debian 10.

Is there a Debian 10 that already setup and put the IPv4 Address and Mac Address on the Network Device?

MAC is given by the adapter, so yes. The rest is normally done by DHCP, so you should have look there. Otherwise, look at cloudinit, which does probably what you want.
