Attach RAW disk or Add exist disk

Hi my Vm has qcow2 disk and I convert to RAW format, but how can I change disk on Proxmox and change the IDE to RAW.
I rename my old qcow2 image and rename my new raw Image to the name of my old qcow2 file, but maybe this is the formula to fail my machine.

Any ideas?
