attach Immutable disk

Hi,
I used before only Virtualbox and microsoft VirtualPC. In both programs possible to connect disk only for reading (in virtualbox it is call immutable). All changes saved to temporary files and can be removed. Is it possible to do in proxmox?

And second question. I need to use large dataset (~500GB). I used for this perpose second virtual HDD. In Virtualbox I connect disk like immutable. This type of disks can be simulteneously connected to several virtual machines. In result I had one large disk but several virtual machine used it simulteneously. Does it possible to do in Proxmox?

How about creating an ISO image from that dataset and mount that as a CDROM?

I am using it under windows guest and iso doesn't work. In windows I attached this disk like folder using NTFS possibility. Software which i use (not open and commercial) should see this disk like folder with full access (write, read....)
