At my wits' end re: random freezing

I installed Proxmox VE 8.3.2 on my old Dell Inspiron 5675 since last week and it randomly freezes every few hours. The longest uptime it has is over 12 hours and the shortest was a little over 10 minutes after reset. I've read almost every single "random freeze" post on the forum and reddit but nothing helped. Really frustrating and would appreciate any pointers.

To start, here's the computer spec:
CPU: Ryzen 1700x
GPU: Radeon RX 580
Memory: 32G DIMM 2666mhz
Storage: 4 1TB HDD in a ZFS pool, 2 SSD in lvm as VM/container storage
Passed memtest

Every few hours, I can't reach the host. Nothing on screen and had to do a manual power cycle.
After power cycle, did `journalctl -b -1` and nothing in the logs suggested anything happened.

Originally thought it was a problem with my RAM. This computer had 16G with 2 DIMMs from different manufacturers. So I bought a new kit with 2x16G DIMM 2666mhz, ran memtest and it passed.

I installed Influxdb on another host and configured to have Proxmox send metrics to my Influxdb instance so I can monitor the vitals. However, when there's a freeze, none of the metrics were out of the ordinary. I currently don't have much running on my Proxmox host - a few containers, a Bitwarden VM and they're idle most of the time. I do have a Windows VM with GPU passthrough but I keep it off most of the time. The Windows VM is not running when the freeze happens.

Then I thought maybe the host was running fine, but somehow dropped off the network so it's unreachable. So I have this command `while true; do date; sleep 1; done | tee output.txt` running in a tmux session so I can inspect the output.txt file after the host seemingly "crashed" to see if it's network problem or not. Another freeze happened and after I power cycled the host, shell into the host, and inspected output.txt. There's no more lines being printed after the time the host crashed, so it definitely ISN'T a network problem.

(reached the char limit, continue in the next post)

(continuing...)
After another freeze this morning, I did get something in the kernel logs finally:

Some googling and chatgpt'ing suggested that it's a CPU/kernel bug? Has anything experienced that?

What's more frustrating is now, a few freezes after, I could not get the same kernel message. It's back to what it was before - freezing with no message whatsoever.

Any lead is greatly appreciated!

EDIT: format code
