I tried to migrate my Asterisk-VM from my ESXi 6 to Proxmox 4.4. It doesn’t run. Everything seems fine but Asterisk crashs with
Code:
asterisk trap invalid opcode ip:4448a9 sp:7ffe089bb220 error:0 in asterisk[400000+1f1000]
I think it has something to do with the CPU type on Proxmox but cannot figure out.

You could try Backing up your Asterisk Configs and reinstall the VM to confirm that. Don't delete the one you transferred, just go in and copy the files, and create a New VM that you install the same OS as the previous one. Then manually reinstall asterisk, and copy the backup configs once done.

What system your are running your asterisk? Post your new vmconfig too "qm config VMID".

My Asterisk is a FreePBX installation on CentOS 6.5

Code:
root@pve:~# qm config 101
bootdisk: scsi0
cores: 1
ide2: none,media=cdrom
memory: 2048
name: piaf
net0: virtio=E6:EF:97:FF:1E:89,bridge=vmbr0
numa: 0
ostype: l26
scsi0: local:101/vm-101-disk-1.qcow2,size=16G
scsihw: virtio-scsi-pci
smbios1: uuid=92c3061a-a9b5-458e-8e76-a1f940b980a6
sockets: 1

I don't know what really was the problem... but until now i never migrated an centos6.x successfully to pve. There alway was some hardwareproblem. Same problems old suse. But you say the system is running. But it looks likes a special problem with asterisk. Maybe ask in an asteriskforum for better help.

FWIW - We are running asterisk PIAF as a VM. Here is the config.
