assigning nuc graphics adapter to a VM...using USB graphics adapter for Proxmox?

Is it possible to assign proxmox graphics to a usb/hdmi adapter and assign the internal graphics on my NUC8 to my hackintosh VM? If so....pls point me to some "how to do this" page.
