Arpwatch not working on Proxmox container

I have a Proxmox container which uses a veth bridge interface (vmbr0). By default the container is associated vmbr0 eth0 interface. Arpwatch is listening on eth0 interface container and so stated in arpwatch configuration file:

eth0 -a -n -m 192.168.10.0/24 arpinf@mydomain.com
When the service starts arpwatch shows the / var / log / syslog as follows:
